In Hà Nội, the 14th Party Central Committee of Vietnam has commenced its third meeting, led by Party General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm. This five-day session is dedicated to advancing the resolutions set forth by the 14th National Party Congress. Additionally, the committee is evaluating the effectiveness of the new political system, discussing the two-tier local administration model, and considering proposals to elevate Quảng Ninh and Bắc Ninh to the status of centrally governed cities.
