PM Orders Full Readiness for Nationwide Project Groundbreaking and Inauguration Events

The Prime Minister has issued an official directive requiring ministries, local authorities, corporations, and related agencies to ensure full readiness for a series of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies scheduled for Friday morning.
The events are being organised to commemorate the 14th National Party Congress and coincide with the 79th anniversary of National Resistance Day on December 19. Given the limited preparation time, the Prime Minister has instructed all responsible leaders to strictly implement assigned tasks and ensure that project owners and investors are fully prepared.
All ceremonies must follow a unified script to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Close coordination is required with national broadcasters, telecommunications providers, and relevant ministries to guarantee smooth technical operations, including live television and online transmission.
Assigned units will be held accountable for the schedule, quality, and overall organisation of the events. This includes ensuring stable network connectivity, high-quality audio-visual production, and compliance with technical standards for nationwide broadcasting. Professional event organisers are to be engaged, and relevant stakeholders invited to attend.
Provincial and municipal authorities have been tasked with ensuring secure and reliable connections to the central venue, while also implementing comprehensive measures covering security, traffic management, medical services, power supply, communications, and fire safety at all sites.
National broadcasters will oversee the development of detailed event programmes and lead media coverage before, during, and after the ceremonies, aiming to promote a positive and unifying public atmosphere around the celebrations.
As of December 14, a total of 234 projects have been confirmed for participation. These include 148 projects scheduled for groundbreaking and 86 set for inauguration or technical opening. The combined investment value exceeds VNĐ3.4 quadrillion, with contributions from state funding as well as other financial sources.
The ceremonies will be held simultaneously in a hybrid format across 79 locations nationwide. The main venue will be in Hà Nội, supported by multiple in-person and online sites across provinces and cities.
