This program is designed to assist organizations in transitioning to post-quantum cryptography. The newly certified partners are HPT and QNet in Vietnam, along with Edmond Tung, a corporate trainer based in Singapore. They will be responsible for teaching SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a variety of sectors, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and public-sector organizations.
This development comes in response to recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), urging businesses to prepare for the post-quantum era. Concerns have been raised about the vulnerability of current public key cryptography as quantum computing technology advances. By the end of June 2026, Vietnam had issued nearly 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the magnitude of the cryptographic shift anticipated in the future.
The training program offered by SpecterAI includes guidance on assessing cybersecurity risks associated with quantum developments, utilizing Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z). This framework aids organizations in evaluating how long their sensitive data needs to be secure and how much time is required to transition to quantum-resistant encryption methods.
